Miguel Hernandez

Miguel Hernandez currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Roll-A-Shield since July 2024. Previously, Miguel held positions as Director of Manufacturing at Helping Solve the Housing Crisis from May 2022 to July 2024, Assistant General Manager at Lippert from May 2021 to June 2022, and Plant Manager at Heartland RV from August 2014 to January 2021. Additional experience includes Plant Manager roles at Elkhart Metal Fabricating and Production Manager at Lippert Components, Inc. Miguel's career began at Forest River Inc. as a leader in the metal department. Miguel is equipped with a degree from Ashford University, earned between 2014 and 2018, and graduated from Goshen High School in 1997. Through various roles, Miguel demonstrated a strong ability to oversee production, maintain scheduling efficiency, and improve operational performance.
