Wade Fortin has worked in the food and marketing industry for over 20 years. Their work experience began in 2000 as a Sous Chef at Levy Restaurants. In 2006, they were hired as The Banquet Chef at Medinah Country Club and promoted to Executive Sous Chef two years later, managing the culinary staff and food production for five restaurant outlets and outdoor dining for three 18-hole courses and an 110,000 sq ft clubhouse. In 2010, they joined Aramark as a Food Service Director and Executive Chef. In 2013, they became the World Burger Champion at the World Food Championships. In 2015, they joined Bull Outdoor Products Inc. as a Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. During their time at Bull Outdoor Products Inc., they worked in the Barbecue Island business.
Wade Fortin attended Radford University from 1993 to 1998, where they studied Music Performance, General. Wade also attended Franklin Pierce University from 1993 to 1994. Wade also holds certifications from the American Heart Association, the City of Chicago, and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
