David Rubin de Celis Leal

David Rubin de Celis Leal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academic and industrial settings. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at Deakin University since June 2023, David focuses on the swift implementation of innovative technology. As a Laboratory Technician at Bulla Dairy Foods since March 2021, David ensures the highest quality in dairy product production. In addition to these roles, David has been a Lecturer and Demonstrator at Deakin College since June 2016, specializing in physical principles related to mechanics, optics, and material engineering. David has also held various research positions at Deakin University, including Associate Research Fellow for both the Institute for Frontier Materials and the Applied Artificial Intelligence Institute, where optimization of materials design through machine learning was a key focus. David's educational background includes a PhD in Nanotechnology from Deakin University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
