Greta Balcytiene

Greta Balcytiene is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner at Bullhorn since July 2022, previously serving as an Application Support/Technical Support Analyst at Invenias by Bullhorn from June 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included troubleshooting software incidents and providing comprehensive application support for a global customer base. Between February 2021 and February 2022, Greta took maternity leave, and prior to that, worked at Gravity Personnel from September 2013 to May 2018 as a Recruitment Resourcer/Consultant, managing client accounts and the recruitment process. Greta began the career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Vital Recruitment in 2012, showcasing a solid background in recruitment and client management. Greta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philology from Kaunas University of Technology and a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice from Reading College.
