Michael Figueroa

Michael Figueroa has worked in various roles since 2006. Michael began their career in the US Army as a Multiple Launch Rocket Systems Fire Support Specialist, providing support for senior military officers and diplomats, training military personnel on the use of sensitive computer systems and safety techniques, and managing a five-member team on various organizational objectives. In 2015, they joined Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Strategic Proposal Writer and Business Analyst. In this role, they supported the growth of Aetna membership by developing customer-focused, strategically positioned proposal responses, worked on a wide range of proposals for National Accounts constituents, and used marketing, communication and writing skills to integrate information from multiple sources and customer-specific strategy into a clear, compelling response that differentiates Aetna from the competition. Michael also conducted thorough reviews of life insurance policies and claims, analyzed and documented client data, business requirements and processes, and assisted in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities. In 2019, Michael joined Le Vesque Luxe as a Strategic Development, where they built and maintained client relationships, elevated the brand within the competitive luxury cosmetics industry using social media and advertising systems for various marketing campaigns, and provided marketing data to the organization for product social media advertising improvements. Most recently, in 2020, they became Co-Founder and Instructor at adoBtion. In 2021, they began working as a Content Writer at Bullion Exchanges.

Michael Figueroa obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from New York University in 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business. From 2011 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Quinsigamond Community College and obtained an Automotive Technology in Ford speciality repair.
