Kimberly A. Worthy is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background in teaching and leadership. Currently serving as the Dean of Ninth Grade at Bullis School since October 2019, Kimberly also teaches AP African American Studies, AP US History, and Human Geography. Prior to this role, Kimberly was the Principal Investigator/Director for the Verizon Innovative Learning Program from September 2021 to November 2022 and worked as a Humanities Teacher at Friendship Woodridge International School IB from November 2016 to June 2019. Kimberly's extensive experience includes serving as Special Assistant in the Office of Undergraduate Studies at Howard University, where responsibilities included executive support and academic research, as well as holding various leadership roles in educational committees and organizations. Kimberly holds a BA in Political Science from Spelman College, obtained in 1996.
