Eric Marshack

Eric Marshack is currently serving as Of Counsel at Bullivant Houser Bailey, focusing on commercial litigation and professional liability defense in Oregon and Washington. Prior to this role, Eric was a Managing Attorney at The Mortgage Law Firm, and held various positions in creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and litigation at firms such as Shapiro & Sutherland and RCO Legal. Eric earned their J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2004.
