Carter Reese

Carter Reese currently serves as Senior Vice President at Bullpen Strategy Group since November 2022, previously holding the role of Vice President. Before joining Bullpen Strategy Group, Carter Reese worked at America Rising Corporation from 2014 to November 2022, where duties included managing a team of seven analysts as Managing Director of Senate Research, overseeing research for various Senate, House, and gubernatorial races as Senior Vice President of Special Projects, and leading research efforts as Presidential Research Director. Carter Reese has also consulted for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, providing critical research support and liaising between organizations. Carter Reese holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University, earned in 2013.
