Anastasia Altman is a seasoned professional in food safety and regulatory management, currently serving as the Regulatory Manager at Bumble Bee Foods since September 2017. Prior experience includes the role of Food Safety Program Manager at Sysco, where Anastasia led the development of a comprehensive food safety program and implemented innovative monitoring solutions. At Jenny Craig, responsibilities included product development, project management, and quality assurance in contract manufacturing, while earlier experience at Senomyx, Inc. involved product development research. Anastasia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Nutrition from San Diego State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Napa Valley College.
