Nicolás Tejerina

Chris Nicol is an Electrical Engineer at SMART Technologies since July 2010, contributing to the development of hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and other educational devices as part of a cross-functional team. Previously, Chris served as a Firmware Engineer at the same company, where firmware and diagnostic tools for interactive whiteboards were developed. Experience also includes working as an Electronics Contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, focusing on electronics design and repair for educational devices, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary in various engineering courses. Early career experience includes roles as an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, developing control systems for forestry equipment, and a solid educational background with an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
