Aravind Gangadharan

Aravind Gangadharan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the maritime and offshore industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Training & Competency in FPSO Operations at Bumi Armada since October 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing technical documentation related to the Competency Management System, ensuring uniform quality in training programs, and promoting industry leadership initiatives. Prior roles include Manager FPSO - Fleet HR, Chief Engineer Unlimited, and Technical Compliance & PMS Superintendent. Aravind began the career as a Marine Engineer with MISC Berhad, progressing from 3rd Engineer to sailing on various chemical tankers and container vessels. Educational achievements include an MBA in International Business from the University of East London, a 1st Class Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency from the Malaysian Marine Department, and an Advanced Diploma in Marine Engineering from Malaysia Maritime Academy, among others.
