Serah Kassim

Serah Kassim is a Partnerships Manager and Merchant Success Manager at Bumpa since February 2022. Serah founded a company under their own name in March 2017. Prior to that, Serah interned at Lagos Fashion Design Week in 2014, working with renowned Nigerian brands like April by Kumbi, Mai Atafo, Jewel by Lisa, and Orange Culture. Serah holds a Master of Business Administration from Nexford University and a Bachelor of Science in Botany from the University of Lagos. Serah is known for starting the Customer Success Team at Bumpa and establishing strong relationships with merchants to address their challenges effectively.
