Dennis Bernads has extensive experience in the field of antitrust law, currently serving as a Referent/Case Handler in the German and European Antitrust Law Unit at Bundeskartellamt since November 2018. Responsibilities include handling legislative projects related to Articles 101 and 102 TFEU, as well as issues surrounding unfair trading practices and sustainability agreements. Prior roles at Bundeskartellamt include work in the Digital Economy Unit, managing merger control cases in the software, IT, and telecommunications sectors, and focusing on consumer protection.
