William Hallmark

William Hallmark serves as the Chief Legal Officer and CFO for Bundy Baking Solutions since June 2016, leveraging finance and legal expertise in areas such as financial modeling, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to this role, William has been the President of Synova - A Bundy Baking Solution since October 2021. Prior to their current positions, William held leadership roles at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. as a Principal and Practice Leader for the State and Local Tax Practice, and at PwC and Deloitte in tax consulting and compliance. William's career began at National City Bank, serving as VP of Transaction Tax Counsel. William holds a JD and LLM in Taxation from Capital University Law School, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northern Kentucky University, and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
