Niek Rouwers

Niek Rouwers is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Supply Chain Lead for the Refining Business EMEA at Bunge since January 2018, overseeing production scheduling, logistics, customer service, and supply planning. Previously, Niek held various positions at Bunge, including Integrated Business Planning Lead EMEA and Manager Planning, where responsibilities included managing planning teams and leading supply chain operations. Prior experience at Cargill, Starches and Sweeteners Europe, encompassed roles such as Supply Chain Project Manager and Team Lead Supply Planning, focusing on optimizing supply chain operations. Niek began a career in supply chain management with a trainee position at Cargill after earning a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the same institution. Additionally, Niek contributed as Chairman of Bavaria Bierkoerier Tilburg from May 2010 to March 2012.
