Riana Kruger

Riana Kruger is an accomplished Plant Manager at Bunge since May 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Plant Director at Mondelēz International, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations, quality, health and safety, and maintenance for a large workforce and a significant budget. As a Process Improvement Specialist at Post Consumer Brands, Riana provided technical support across multiple manufacturing sites. Over a notable 29-year career at Nestlé, Riana held various leadership positions, such as Factory/Plant Manager, Global R&D Innovation Lead for Chocolate, and Group Leader for Chocolate R&D, managing diverse teams and budgets while driving innovation and product development in the confectionery sector.
