Sara Hayden

Sara Hayden is an experienced professional currently serving as the BNH Ingredients, Copacking and Supplier Diversity Lead at Bunge since August 2012, where responsibilities include developing Bunge's strategy on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, Sara leads the Women of Bunge employee resource group to support women's career advancement. Prior to Bunge, Sara worked at Ralcorp Holdings in various roles including Strategic Sourcing Manager, Ingredients, and Production Scheduler & Purchasing Supervisor. Sara holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from the University of Louisville.
