Zaya Herd

Zaya Herd is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR administration and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior HR Administrator and previously as an HRIS Analyst at Bungie since December 2019, Zaya has honed skills in various HR roles. Prior experience includes positions at Amazon as an HR Assistant and contract roles at Waldron and Seattle City Light, where Zaya specialized in workforce staffing, candidate research, training development, and employee onboarding processes. Early experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington complements a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
