Lucía Achigar

Lucía Achigar has held various positions since 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they worked for ANEP - CETP as a Divulgación de la oferta educativa, where they were responsible for developing administrative tasks, attending the public both personally and by telephone or email, and designing and developing leaflets. From 2015 to 2016, they worked for Consejo de Educación Secundaria as a Planeamiento educativo. From 2012 to 2016, they worked for MercadoLibre.com as an Asistente de capacitación and a Representante de Atención al Cliente, where they were responsible for developing and imparting training to customer service representatives, fulfilling the appropriate logistics and achieving the highest results in the trained personnel, and detecting errors that could impact the user experience or the operation of MercadoLibre. Lastly, from 2016 to present, they have been working for Bunker db® as a Support team leader and a Soporte técnico.

Lucía Achigar has a long history of education. Lucía obtained their Licenciatura in Lingüística from Facultad de humanidades y ciencias de la educación between 2008 and 2018. From 2008 to 2009, they also obtained a Técnico in Comunicación social from Consejo de Educación Técnico Profesional - Universidad del Trabajo de Uruguay. Between 2002 and 2004, they obtained a CPE in English as a foreing language from Cambridge University ESOL. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Intercom, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign| Coursera, and ADA School between October 2022 and September 2022.
