Starting as a Team Member at EB Games Australia and later McDonald's, Jake progressed through various roles to become the Safety and Wellbeing Operations Manager at Bunnings. Jake has demonstrated leadership skills in implementing safety programs, managing risks, and advising operational leaders on safety practices.
