Lianli Li, Ph.D

Lianli Li, Ph.D has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Lianli is currently serving as the President of Gateway Pharmaceutical LLC since May 2016. In addition, they hold the role of Advisor and Chief Formulator at Buoy since October 2017. Prior to their current positions, they worked as a Partner at Gateway Professional Consulting, LLC starting from May 2011.

Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Product Development at Dansol Pharma Group LLC from May 2011 to May 2016. Lianli also worked as a Research Manager at Covidien from June 2009 to May 2011 and as a Manager, Solids Formulation Development at KV Pharmaceutical from November 2006 to February 2009.

Before that, they gained experience in formulation and process development roles at Barr Laboratories from January 2002 to October 2006 and in exploratory biopharmaceutics and drug delivery at Bristol-Myers Squibb from December 2000 to January 2002.

Lianli Li, Ph.D completed their educational journey with a Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences from St. John's University, from the years 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained their M.S. in Clinical Pharmacokinetics from Shanghai Medical University, studying between 1993 and 1996. Lianli Li began their academic pursuit with a B.S. in Pharmaceutics from Shanghai Medical University, which they received between 1989 and 1993.
