Lee Barker

Lee Barker possesses extensive experience in human resources and employee governance, currently serving as Head of Policy, Risk and Education at Bupa since July 2017, with previous roles including People Policy and Risk Lead and Project Lead - People. Prior to Bupa, Lee held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Monash University from November 2015 to June 2017 and served as APAC HR Program and Operations Advisor at Lockheed Martin from July 2014 to November 2015. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner at Monash University and Human Resources Manager at YMCA Victoria. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Management from RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Human Resource Management) from La Trobe University, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from the Australian YMCA Institute of Education and Training.
