Sarah Cregeen

Sarah Cregeen is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People at Bupa since August 2022. Previously, Sarah held the position of People and Capability Manager at Icon Group from October 2018 to August 2022. Sarah's extensive background at Telstra includes various roles such as Senior HR Business Partner and Senior OD Specialist from September 2010 to October 2018. Earlier career experiences feature positions at ING Australia, including Senior Culture and Engagement Specialist and Internal Communications Manager, as well as marketing roles at Michael Page International and Mind Gym. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from RMIT University, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
