Jessica Chen

Jessica Chen is an experienced electrical engineer with a background in project management and systems engineering. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineering Associate II at Burbank Water & Power since February 2022, Jessica specializes in managing large customer and capital projects related to overhead and underground transmission and distribution. Previous roles include Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where collaboration with teams involved preparing design reviews and generating system requirements for aircraft Special Test Equipment, and an internship in systems engineering at Northrop Grumman. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business from UC San Diego, obtained in 2019.
