Elena Serpotta is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and digital strategies. Currently serving as the Global Director of Customer Marketing at Burberry since November 2015, Elena has progressed through various roles within the company, showcasing expertise in global digital marketing. Prior to Burberry, Elena was with Hyve Group plc from January 2011 to October 2015, where responsibilities included leading email and mobile marketing campaigns for over 30 exhibitions, managing a team of six, and overseeing marketing for the Retail Portfolio. Earlier career highlights include project management and editorial leadership roles in the arts and cultural sectors. Elena holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Organisation of Culture and the Arts from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, an MA in Cultural Industries Management from the University of Greenwich, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management of Arts and Cultural Activities from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.
