Stefan Alder

Stefan Alder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and contracting within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Contracting at Burckhardt Compression since February 2016, Stefan has been instrumental in implementing new processes and ERP systems while driving continuous improvement in global operations. Previously, in the role of Head of Contracting for Burckhardt Compression Italia, Stefan contributed to management and development initiatives across various engineering teams. Additional expertise includes leading key account projects in the marine industry in South Korea and managing international customer projects across several companies, including Trützschler Switzerland AG and Bühler Thermal Processes. Educational qualifications include a MAS in Business Administration from HWZ University and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from HSR Hochschule für Technik.
