Armando Salinas, MBA, is an experienced financial management and program specialist with a comprehensive background in overseeing operational, administrative, and technical processes. Currently serving as a Program Specialist at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing since December 2013, Salinas manages various facets of the Office of Currency Manufacturing. Previous roles include serving as a Systems Accountant focused on accountability controls and compliance, a Financial Manager and Black Belt of Lean Six Sigma for the 8th Marine Corps Recruiting District, and a Financial Management Officer within the United States Marine Corps.
