Alvin (Jay) Windy Boy Jr M.H.A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and administrative oversight. Currently serving as the Acting Administrative Manager at the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Crow Agency, MT, Windy Boy is responsible for managing budgetary and human resource activities, as well as property and facilities management. Additionally, as the Supervisory Contract Specialist, Windy Boy oversees the procurement workflow for a team of Contract Specialists.
