Dave Beeksma is an experienced program manager and strategic leader with a robust background in managing complex initiatives within Native American communities and federal agencies. Currently serving as Program Manager at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Dave manages the second largest Native American reservation in the United States. As President of the Red Cliff Business Development Corporation, Dave oversees a multi-million-dollar organization aimed at creating economic opportunities for over 4,500 tribal members, while advising tribal leaders on economic development strategies. Previous roles include International Program Manager for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and Director of External Affairs for the Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians, showcasing a consistent focus on strategic program management and policy development. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Political Science, International Relations, and U.S. History, complemented by various professional training programs.
