Mella Tapang has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT and web development. Mella started their career in 1999 as a Web Designer & Programmer at 2MTC, LLC, where they displayed high cognitive skills and quickly became proficient in creating advanced ColdFusion applications. Mella also played a significant role in redesigning the backend for a high-profile client.

In 2001, Mella joined Foremost Solutions, Inc. as a Web Designer & Programmer contractor. Here, they worked closely with clients to transform their ideas into efficient web solutions that demonstrated a return on investment. Mella was involved in the entire development process, from brainstorming and storyboarding to final launch.

From 2004 to 2007, Mella worked as a Web Developer & Designer contractor at Syneca Research Group. Mella'sefforts resulted in enhanced customer-constituent relations and significant process improvement.
