Jesper Oosterwijk

Jesper Oosterwijk is a co-owner and managing consultant in the food sector at Green Resource Group since January 2022, specializing in recruitment with a focus on market knowledge and passion for the industry. In addition, Jesper serves as a process and innovation manager at Bureau Techniek. Prior experience includes roles as a district manager, branch manager, account manager, and recruiter at Werkis / verder met werk from April 2017 to December 2021, where Jesper contributed to the organization’s mission of effective workforce intermediation. Jesper co-founded #welovesociety in September 2018, previously known as SAPRI Nederland, focusing on online privacy and cyberbullying awareness for high school students. Earlier positions also include treasurer at JOEK, ski instructor at Alpin Skischule, and an all-around worker at Fruitbedrijf Kutschruiter. Jesper holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Economics from Windesheim, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
