John D.

John D. has a solid and extensive work experience spanning over 26 years. John started their career in 1993 as a Consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co. In 1995, they joined Ansett Australia Pty Ltd as a Human Resources Consultant and Analyst. John then moved on to Deloitte in 1999, where they served as a Human Resources Manager until 2001. From 2002 to 2015, John held various positions at Deloitte, including Human Resources Senior Manager - Asia Pacific, Human Resources Director - Asia Pacific, and Director - Global Talent. In 2016, they joined JLL as the Global Talent Director and later transitioned to Coles in 2018, where they worked as the Head of People & Culture - Coles Digital. Currently, since 2019, John holds the position of Global Talent Director at Bureau Veritas Group.

John D. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Sydney. John also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, they have completed the Leadership Development Program at IMD. John D. has obtained certifications such as Chartered Fellow from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a Coaching Certificate from Results Coaching Systems, and a Diplôme approfondi de langue française from the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP).
