Stefan Klettenhammer has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Guest Relation Manager at Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne since May 2019, with prior roles there including Guest Experience Supervisor, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Front Desk Agent.
