Tobias Rieser

Tobias Rieser serves as the Head of People & Culture and Head of Human Resources at BURGER GROUP since February 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles in human resources at HUMMEL AG from September 2013 to January 2022, as well as serving as an HR-Generalist at Zimmer Biomet between March 2011 and August 2013. Tobias began a career in human resources as a Personalsachbearbeiter at Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau from October 2005 to February 2011 and completed professional development as a Personalfachkaufmann at IHK Südlicher Oberrhein in February 2009. Education includes training as a Bankkaufmann from Sparkasse Freiburg Nördlicher Breisgau from September 2000 to January 2003.
