Alex Valynets possesses over a decade of experience in supply chain management and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Supply Chain at Burger & Lobster Restaurant Group Limited since April 2011, Alex oversees the procurement and logistics of live lobsters, frozen lobster meat, and frozen beef burgers for restaurants in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East, with a focus on sourcing live lobsters from Nova Scotia, Canada. Prior roles include Head Project Manager at LVLF LTD, where responsibilities involved establishing a restaurant chain, and Project Manager at GPS GROUP LTD, focusing on setting up a financial department in London. Educational qualifications include a Master in International Banking from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Ecole Superieure de Gestion et Commerce International in Paris.
