Dino Sura

Dino Sura is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and culinary education. Currently serving as a Board Advisor for EMenu Now since May 2022, Dino focuses on enhancing food and drink sales without significant operational changes. As Managing Director of Burger & Lobster Restaurant Group Limited since July 2018, Dino oversees a substantial net turnover of £51 million annually while leading a team of senior managers. Previous roles include Advisor and Non-Executive Director at Chef Academy of London, Director at Street Kitchen and Mw Eat Ltd, and Senior Operations Manager at Bill's Restaurants and Strada Restaurants. Dino holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Canterbury Christ Church University.
