Helen Scott-Lawler

Helen has over 20 years' experience in transactional intellectual property and commercial contracts. Having trained at Burges Salmon, qualifying in 1995, Helen became a partner in 2001. She was head of intellectual property for a number of years, becoming head of commercial in 2013. She has also spent 4 years sitting on the firm's six partner strong board, PCom.

Helen has worked on a range of non-contentious intellectual property and commercial transactions, particularly in the food and drink, retail, sport and financial services sectors.
