Jenna Oley

Jenna Oley is an experienced roadway engineer currently employed at Burgess & Niple since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jenna served as an associate civil engineer and assistant civil engineer at WSP USA from July 2019 to November 2022. Jenna began professional experience as a student intern at R.M. Towill Corporation from May 2018 to January 2019 and as a student pathways intern with the US Army Corps of Engineers from June 2016 to August 2017. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland, completed in 2019, and a high school diploma from Kamehameha Schools.
