Rebecca Lengua Pe

Rebecca Lengua, PE, currently serves as Engineer III at Burgess & Niple since January 2019, where responsibilities include serving as the technical lead for the development of the MCDOT Federal Aid Manual and managing small-scale corridor improvement studies. Previous roles at Burgess & Niple included Engineer II and Engineer I, during which Rebecca contributed to the MCDOT TSP 2040 and developed safety recommendations and a right-of-way parcel tracking spreadsheet. Prior experience includes an internship at the Arizona Department of Transportation, focusing on highway plan accuracy and accident analysis, and a role as a barista at Starbucks. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Paradise Valley Community College.
