Natalie Hirst

Natalie Hirst has worked in various roles since 2003. Natalie began their career as an Office Manager at Crestview Marine before becoming a Financial Aid Advisor at National American University in 2011. In 2012, they joined Tracker Marine Group as a Dealer Services - Training Specialist and Loan Processor. In 2021, they began working as an E-learning Developer at Cleveland Clinic and an Instructional Designer/Facilitator at Burgio, Cooney & Associates.

Natalie Hirst obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Washburn University between 1998 and 2002, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Natalie has also obtained various certifications, including a Virtual Designer Certification and a Virtual Trainer Certification from Kassy LaBorie Consulting, LLC in September 2022, an Articulate Storyline Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in May 2019, a Scenario-Based E-Learning Certificate from ATD in May 2018, an Advanced E-Learning Instructional Design Certification from ATD in May 2017, and an E-Learning Instructional Design Certification from ATD in May 2015.
