Evan O'Meara

Evan O'Meara has extensive work experience in the field of people and talent management. Evan currently holds the position of Head of People & Talent at Burkland, where they provide financial expertise and strategic guidance to startups. Prior to Burkland, Evan worked at Wellframe as Vice President, People & Culture, where they played a key role in shaping the company culture and supporting its growth. Evan also held roles at athenahealth, where they developed and managed the university recruiting function and led talent acquisition efforts. Earlier in their career, Evan served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Wayfair, where they built the talent acquisition function from scratch and supported the company's global growth. Evan also worked at Circles North America as a Research Specialist.
