Sam Hicks

Samuel Hicks is a dedicated education professional with a diverse background in teaching and customer management. Currently serving as a Customer Manager at Burlington English Inc. since January 2022, Samuel previously held roles as a Customer Representative within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as an EFL Instructor at Shane English School Shanghai from August 2020 to August 2021 and at Echo Education from August 2017 to July 2019, as well as a Kindergarten Teacher at Wesley International Kindergarten from September 2019 to August 2020. Samuel began a teaching career as an EFL Instructor at Jazyková škola JILL from October 2016 to June 2017, working with students ranging from four to adult. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned in December 2015.
