Anna Kripitz

Anna Kripitz has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Anna started their career at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. as a Paralegal from 2005 to 2007. Anna then worked as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in 2009. Anna continued at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as an Associate Attorney from 2010 to 2013. Kripitz then joined the International Securities Exchange (ISE) as an Assistant General Counsel from 2013 to 2014. Anna later joined Burlington Stores, Inc. and held various roles including Director, Corporate Counsel from 2015 to 2016, Director, Real Estate Counsel from 2016 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Director, Senior Counsel - Real Estate since April 2022.

Anna Kripitz pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Boston University between 2001 and 2005. Later, they attended New York Law School from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree, graduating summa cum laude.
