Paula Angelucci

Paula Angelucci is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as Regional Manager of Field Operations at Burlington Stores, Inc. since October 2024, Paula is also an active member of The POWER of Professional Women and Women in Retail Leadership Circle, both organizations focused on empowering women leaders in the industry. Previously, as Director of Stores at Adore Me from March 2019 to October 2024, Paula excelled in creating exceptional customer experiences while fostering a culture of collaboration. Earlier roles include District Manager and District Sales Manager at Victoria's Secret and various leadership positions at Macy's spanning over two decades. Paula holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Penn State University.
