Shirley Culman

Shirley Culman began their work experience in 1983 as a Project Manager, District Manager, and Store Manager at The Children's Place. Shirley then worked as a Director of Store Planning & Construction at Accessory Place from 1989 to 1994. Following this, they worked as the VP of Store Planning, Construction & Facilities at Linens 'N Things from 1994 to 2008. Shirley then served as the Vice President of Account Management at USM, An EMCOR Company from 2009 to 2012. Finally, they are currently working as the SVP of Facilities & Sustainability at Burlington Stores, Inc. starting from 2012.

Shirley Culman received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management & Marketing, from the University of Cincinnati in 1983.
