Steve Pellegrino

Steve Pellegrino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise data and analytics, currently serving as Vice President at Burlington Stores, Inc. since September 2012. In this role, Steve leads the vision and strategy for data-driven, AI/ML solutions to enhance decision-making across the organization. Previous positions at Burlington include Senior Director of Store and Corporate Technology and Director of Store Systems Application Development, contributing to the development and strategic direction of critical retail and corporate systems. Prior to Burlington, Steve held technology roles at Comcast, Ulticom, and Lockheed Martin, showcasing a diverse background in software project management, customer relationship management, and systems engineering, including innovative work on combat applications and virtual reality technologies. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
