Natasha Cook, CHRL

Natasha Cook, CHRL, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director and previously as Human Resources Manager at Burnbrae Farms since November 2019, Natasha has demonstrated strong leadership in HR functions. Prior to this, Natasha held the position of Manager of Distance Education at St. Lawrence College from October 2018 to November 2019. Natasha cultivated significant HR expertise during a 12-year tenure at Russell Hendrix Foodservice Equipment, serving as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Additionally, Natasha contributed to the academic field as a part-time instructor in Organizational Behaviour and Employee Relations at Algonquin College from May 2013 to December 2017 and gained initial experience as an HR Co-Op Student at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. Natasha holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration Human Resources from St. Lawrence College and a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University.
