Michael Aguilar is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various esteemed establishments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at New York Hilton Midtown since January 2017, Michael has also held the position of Executive Chef at Knollwood Country Club since May 2013. Prior to these roles, Michael worked as a Sous Chef at Burning Tree Country Club and briefly as Banquet Chef at CPS Events at The Plaza from October 2016 to January 2017. Michael's culinary journey began with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry from The Culinary Institute of America, which was completed between 2001 and 2005.
