Rachael Lord

Rachael Lord started their work experience at Offpeak Luxury in May 2016, where they worked as a Reservations Agent until September 2021. In this role, they recommended hotel package upsells to maximize business profits and negotiated corporate reservation rates to meet client budgets. Rachael also communicated reservation confirmations to guests via email.

Rachael is currently working at Burnley College as a Digital Marketing Strategist from September 2022 onwards.

Rachael Lord attended Halifax College from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained an NVQ degree in Leisure Management. Prior to that, they studied at Manchester City College from 2008 to 2010 and earned a BTech National Diploma in Event Management.
