Matt Strauser

Matt Strauser is an Associate Attorney at Burns Charest LLP since February 2024, with prior experience as an Associate Attorney at Schlichter Bogard & Denton from May 2022 to February 2024. Before that, Matt worked as an Associate at MichieHamlett Attorneys at Law and as an Attorney at Law at Breit Cantor Grana Buckner. Matt also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Norfolk Circuit Court. Earlier in Matt's career, experience included a Summer Associate role and a Legal Externship, as well as internships at U.S. District Courts. Educated at William & Mary Law School with a Juris Doctor degree, Matt graduated summa cum laude and was honored with membership in the Order of the Coif. Additional educational background includes a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University, graduated cum laude.
